Confirm the transfer before ordering.
Palmetto State Armory controls its own products, pricing, checkout, shipping, and order policies. Before placing an order, email the product link and receive written confirmation that De Gaglia Trafficante d’Armi can accept the specific item.

Firearm price, seller shipping, sales tax, seller charges, return shipping, and other separately disclosed costs are not included. The $15 amount shown is De Gaglia Trafficante d’Armi’s background-check processing charge; any separately assessed government amount will be identified before transfer.
How the process works
- Email before ordering. Send the PSA product link, manufacturer/model, and number of firearms.
- Receive written acceptance. We confirm whether the item can be received and state the applicable fees.
- Complete PSA’s process. If accepted, follow the seller’s checkout and receiving-FFL instructions. Do not independently publish or circulate the licensed address.
- Send non-sensitive order details. Your name, order number, and product description are sufficient.
- Wait for our ready notice. A carrier delivery alert does not mean intake and required records are complete.
- Complete the in-person transfer. Bring required identification and complete Form 4473 at the licensed premises.
Important boundaries
The original seller controls cancellation, returns, restocking, and shipping. No firearm is released while a background-check transaction is pending or non-approved. Any applicable waiting period or lawful exemption is determined for the specific transaction.
