We may decline a proposed order or transfer before shipment if the item, seller documentation, or transaction cannot be accepted. Written confirmation must precede shipment.
No firearm payment is processed on this website. Do not send payment or card data through ordinary email. Separate written terms control any later accepted transaction.
Wait for our ready-for-pickup email. The licensed address and pickup instructions are supplied privately after acceptance and appointment coordination.
The purchaser must provide valid government-issued photo identification and complete ATF Form 4473 through the lawful in-person process.
A firearm is not released until the required background-check process produces a completed result permitting transfer. Pending and non-approved transactions are not released.
Applicable waiting periods and lawful exemptions are determined for each transaction. The earliest lawful pickup date is confirmed directly.
Dealer-order terms are stated before an order is placed. Third-party purchases remain subject to the original seller’s cancellation, return, restocking, and shipping rules.
Dealer-order listings are not live inventory. Promotions, specifications, configurations, and availability can change. The accepted written terms control.
A firearm for an out-of-state consumer must be transferred through a valid FFL in the buyer’s state, subject to applicable law and acceptance by the receiving licensee.
Never email Social Security numbers, ID images, Form 4473 answers, card data, medical information, or private legal records.
